Black Clawson to Exhibit at Labelexpo Americas 2004

FULTON, NY, USA—Black Clawson Converting Machinery Inc. reports it will be showcasing its processing equipment and other applicable technology at the upcoming Labelexpo Americas 2004 trade show.

Among the products the OEM will be showing at its Labelexpo Americas booth #1525:

  • Wide range of coaters and coating heads
    Including the Series 4000 cartridge coater, "which features convenient cartridge modules for simple removal allowing easy changeovers or quick cleanups," says Black Clawson. More than 50 coating configurations, pre-engineered and custom-designed, are available, adds the manufacturer.
  • Controls and accessories
    Information about Black Clawson's trademarked-brand control system, the Integrator II supervisory control system, will be available at the show. In addition, attendees will be able to get information about Black Clawson's accessories, like its CAS (coating air separation) system and Steamex rehumidification system.
  • Service program
    Black Clawson's service program, the BC Encompass, will also be part of the OEM's Labelexpo Americas 2004 exhibit. According to the company, the service provides:
    replacement and spare parts
    24/7 (24 hour/day, 7 day/week) emergency breakdown and troubleshooting
    preventative maintenance programs
    machine audits
    operator and maintenance training
    equipment installation and relocation
    machine rebuilds
    replacement or upgrade of old and/or obsolete electronics
    engineering services, and
    access to Black Clawson's research and technical center.
