Nick Siler Named Enercon Industries Corporation Chief Operating Officer

Enercon Industries Corporation has announced that Nick Siler has joined Enercon Industries Corporation as Chief Operating Officer.

“Adding Nick to our leadership team is a key part of our mission to provide our customers with a remarkable experience. His expertise in lean and continuous improvement processes will enable Enercon to expand our capacity for providing customers with leading technology, reliability, and on-time delivery,” said Tim Nimmer, Enercon Co-Chief Executive Officer.

Siler brings more than 25 years of experience to his new position. In addition to engineering, manufacturing and quality expertise, Nick also has led research and development, operations, and supply chain management teams. His experience includes domestic and international manufacturing of custom-configured products and custom-designed technologies.

Our team is sincerely committed to our customers’ success, and we will be investing in our people, processes, and facilities to further expand our ability to innovate, provide value, and deliver the reliability our customers have come to expect,” said Siler.

Siler earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.

Enercon Industries Corporation, headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI, is a major manufacturer of equipment for the plastics, converting and packaging industries. The company supplies custom built corona and atmospheric plasma treating systems, as well as induction cap sealing systems.
