This endowment will go a long way in helping students in the Pacific Northwest as well as in Hawaii, help pay for their education at one of the many institutions that help to train the future workforce for the industry.  “The PPI Educational Trust is excited to work with PGSF to help attract new people into the print industry. Our board works with numerous great printing companies across the Northwest and sees the great career opportunities those companies have. Printing is still very much alive.” Said Chris Feryn, Chairperson of the PPI Educational Trust.

“The endowments that the Print & Graphics Scholarship Fund has enables us to annually fund over 180 scholarships in the United States” said Debbie Bohan, Director of Administration, “these new funds will enable us to provide even more monies to students who are from the Pacific Northwest or attending a school in that region.”

The scholarship application process is now open, and students are encouraged to apply on-line at https://www.pgsf.org/scholarship-application.  The scholarships are open to both full- and part-time students. Evaluation of the applications begins in June with scholarships awarded in August.  Scholarships will automatically renew for students maintaining a 3.0 GPA.
