EMT International Unveils New Generation Dynamic Perf and Punch Line at Printing United Expo

EMT International, a leading supplier of finishing equipment to the digital print, label and packaging industries unveiled its new generation dynamic perf and punch continuous feed processor line, the EMT DP22 PRO, at Printing United Expo this month in Atlanta, Georgia.
The DP22 PRO provides high-speed performance with enhanced flexibility and expanded finishing processes for an ever-growing digital print market. On-board tools for reporting, diagnostics, and system analytics maximize productivity and simplify operations.
Data collection features include production reporting, trends and troubleshooting, and maintenance tracking/reminders. Improved operability and accessibility is provided with a large touchscreen operator’s panel that glides effortlessly along the entire length of the machine; hinged guard panels for easy access, setup, and maintenance; larger windows and internal lighting for easy viewing; and intelligent lighting that guides operator actions.
Flexible configurations with expanded options ensure maximum processing in the smallest possible footprint, up to 10 processes with the same machine, and new web processing offerings including cross and linear creasing and ironing, coil bind and corner rounded punching, and custom punch patterns.
With expert tight web management, the EMT DP22 PRO is 100 percent servo controlled, provides up to 1000 fpm (305 mpm) web processing, performance speed from 50 fpm (15 mpm) - 500 fpm (152 mpm), paper range of 67 to 250 gsm, web width of 6.5" - 22" (165-558 mm) and sheet length of 5.5"-28" (140-711 mm).
