Green Packages To Compete

CHICAGO, IL | Summit Publishing is calling for entries to its 2010 Greener Package Awards. The competition “celebrates [the] ability to weave sustainable considerations into a commercially produced package, using exemplary materials and best practices.”

Invited to submit are brand owners, packaging suppliers, design firms, and retailers. Categories include food/pharmaceutical packaging; personal care/cosmetics packaging; nonfood primary packaging; secondary/large-format packaging; and Beyond the Package Award for packaging initiatives. An Innovator of the Year Award also will be chosen.
