New Ownership For Orion

Orion Div., a manufacturer of pre- and post-processing equipment, has been purchased by Matti Technology, Amriswil, Switzerland, a manufacturer of high-speed paper transport systems for variable data printers. Matti purchased the company from Neopost Technologies.

Dr. Dieter Woschitz, president of Matti, says the acquisition allows his company to capitalize on the growing demand for complete paper handling solutions as well as improving partner support. The new company will be known as Matti Orion Ltd.
