CHINO, CA | Universal Packaging Systems Inc. began doing business under the name “Diversapack of California” as of August 10. The company is a member of the Diversapack family of companies specializing in flexible packaging, contract manufacturing, product formulation, and co-packaging. It is a contract manufacturer serving the HBA, cosmetic, and fragrance industries.
