• Piedmont Plastics, Charlotte, NC, entered a strategic partnership with LOFO High Tech Films, Weil am Rhein, Germany, to distribute LOFO's Tacphan, Aryphan, Pokalon, Vipophan, and Transphan brands.

• Buschman Corp., Cleveland, OH, will provide aftermarket sales and service for Cincinnati-based Michelman's line of blade, rod, and spray coaters, slide angle testers, and James Machine COF tester. Buschman will handle all post-warranty replacement parts and service and will design preventive maintenance programs.

• Interfilm Holdings, Greenville, SC, has signed an agreement with NanoPack, Wayne, PA, to distribute its NanoSeal barrier coated films in the US and Canada for three years.
