BIELEFELD, GERMANY—Dipl. Ingl. Folke Wegner left his position as managing director of Fischer & Krecke at the end of January 2007, after nearly eight years. Dr. Georg Grautoff took over Wegner's responsibilities. Grautoff previously was employed at Volkswagon AG. See fischer-krecke.de.
