Excelitas Technologies to Highlight OmniCure UV LED Curing Systems for Industrial Manufacturing at the ASSEMBLY Show

WHAT: Excelitas experts will be at booth #645 to discuss featured UV LED curing systems, which help manufacturers achieve controlled and repeatable UV assembly processes for improved product yields and maximum reliability, including:

  • OmniCure S2000 Elite UV Curing System: The new generation lamp-based S2000 Elite UV spot curing system offers the highest reliability and quality for light curing adhesive processes. With enhanced productivity, precision and security, the system redefines UV spot curing while enabling next level control and usability for the most demanding applications. When combined with the R2000 UV Radiometer for system calibration, the S2000 Elite provides the ultimate curing solution with unmatched control and repeatability to meet the demands of industry 4.0.
  • OmniCure LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System and V3 UV LED Heads: The OmniCure LX500 LED Spot Curing System with V3 UV LED Heads deliver industry-leading optical output and built-in calibration support for consistent, controlled and repeatable UV curing in high-throughput industrial manufacturing applications. The LX500 includes proprietary Intelli-Lamp® technology that monitors temperature and usage parameters to maintain unmatched ± 5% stability in the optical output of up to four LED heads simultaneously. V3 UV LED Heads feature next-generation high-output LEDs, delivering up to 22 W/cm² peak irradiance and 1100 mW power with a more uniform beam profile, available in standard 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm wavelength options.
  • OmniCure LS200 UV LED Radiometry and Calibration System: Developed to ensure precise measurement and calibration of UV LED power or irradiance directly at the cure site, the LS200 UV LED radiometry and calibration system enables manufacturers to control light output for a reliable and repeatable curing process. The LS200 features seamless integration with the LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System for calibration, and offers optional accessories, wide measurement range (1 mW to 2000 mW or 50 mW/cm² – 40 W/cm2), exceptional precision, and sensor optimization for monochromatic LED sources.
  • OmniCure AC8-HD (High Dose) UV LED, Large-Area Curing Systems: The AC8-HD series is designed with patented technology to enable exceptional output uniformity across the irradiation area—making it ideal for large-area curing applications that demand high dosage including industrial, electronics manufacturing, medical, wood coating, touch panel/display, solar panel, conformal coating, automotive and print. The air-cooled AC8150P-HD, AC8225P-HD and AC8300P-HD models deliver over 15 W/cm² peak irradiance and double the dose of the standard AC8 series of products. They are available in 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm wavelength options.
