Brotech Offers System for In-Mold Labels

LISLE, IL | Converting machinery specialist Brotech Equipment has brought its rotary die-cut and capture system dedicated to in-mold label (IML) converting to the North American marketplace.

The Eurotech Cut and Capture system allows rotary die-cutting of any IML label material and the ability to control the label and capture it directly from the rotary tool. The product is then stacked into ‘bricks’ of pre-determined quantities or can be shingle conveyed.

The system is said to eliminate the need for multiple pieces of machinery and process steps and to allow for the fast and efficient die-cutting, stacking, and packaging of IML labels normally done through a sheet to brick workflow.

System is available as a fully turnkey configuration for a variety off-line re-register die-cut to die-cut to brick finishing capability.
