HERMA Announces New Films

FILDERSTADT, GERMANY | HERMA announces two new polypropylene films and a new polyolefin film.
Company says the PP grades are glossy, biaxially oriented films with a special surface for good printability. They are available in two versions: HERMAflex transparent (grade 833) and HERMAflex white (grade 843). Both films are said to offer superior die-cutting and dispensing properties and come with corona pretreatment.
HERMA PO Laser (grade 801) is a white, matte, filled polyolefin film that was specially developed for use with both black-and-white and color laser printers. In conjunction with suitable inks, matte surface reportedly delivers high quality printed images with all conventional printing methods. In combination with the adhesive 64Z and 64B the HERMA PO Laser (grade 801) received additionally the certification BS5609 Section 2 for marine use. HERMA PO laser label sheets are said to be especially suitable for labeling drums or pallets.
