VERSAILLES, CT | Fusion Paperboard reports that its Coated Recycled Board Mill located in Sprague, CT, has achieved certification from the Recycled Paperboard Alliance under its new Recycled Fiber Certification Program. The mill was audited by a third-party organization in December and successfully passed the audit requirements certifying it uses solely 100% recovered fiber in its papermaking process.
“We are proud of this achievement,” says Fusion COO Ghislain Levesque. “With this new certification, our customers—and the consumer packaged goods companies—have the assurance that our facility produces paperboard made from 100% recovered fiber.”
Fusion Paperboard’s customers may now use the trademark logo associated with the RPA-100% on packaging made from Fusion InverKote and InverFreez grades.
