Pro Mach Acquires Ets. André Zalkin & Cie

CINCINNATI, OH | Pro Mach reports the completion of its acquisition of capping machinery manufacturer Ets. André Zalkin & Cie. Pro Mach manufactures and supports solutions for primary and secondary packaging, flexible packaging, processing, end of line, material handling, and identification and tracking. Zalkin manufactures screw, push-on, and Roll-on Pilfer Proof (ROPP) capping machines, as well as cap sorters, elevators, and decappers.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pro Mach owned a minority stake in Zalkin before acquiring the remaining shares. Zalkin’s management team and employees will continue to operate from its facilities in Montreuil L’Argillé and Rueil-Malmaison, France.
