Lauraville Reports Acquisition

SYRACUSE, NY | Lauraville Packaging, a newly formed sub. of Quarry Road Holdings, has acquired all of the assets of Lauraville Specialty Products, Geneva, NY, including manufacturing facilities in Geneva and exclusive rights to the company's product lines, services, and national distribution chain.

Lauraville Packaging provides custom-manufactured, adhesive-backed packaging solutions via its Smart-Pak and Versa-Label product lines. Says James Mathewson, president/CEO of Lauraville Packaging, “This acquisition will allow Lauraville to expand its industry footprint and to continue to develop innovative solutions to better serve current and prospective customers, while also bolstering a growing industry commitment to sustainable materials and green supply chain initiatives.”
