Sheet Heavy Loads

Sheeter offers dual-knife rotary cutter technology with a 1,300-fpm cutter. Delivery system includes a reject gate and a stacker that uses a scissors lift load table. Dual knife technology allows for heavy cutting loads on material to 0.040 in. thick while maintaining accuracies of ±0.015 in. on sheet lengths and requiring no squareness adjustment. Continuous-run feature permits operator to offload piles from the stacker without stopping the machine or losing sheets.
