Bobst India To Make Titan Slitters

BEDFORD, UK | Production of Titan ER610 compact, twin-shaft cantilever slitter/rewinders has begun at Bobst India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, near Mumbai. Machines are available in two widths, 53 in. (1,350 mm) and 65 in. (1,650 mm), and run at 1,476 fpm (450 mpm).

Incorporated in 1995 to recondition Bobst machines, the company began new production in 2003 of Schiavi laminators, winders, and unwinders, Rotomec presses, Bobst loaders, and Martin multiloader machines. In the past six years, Bobst India has expanded from 40 employees to nearly 140. It has a demonstration area for a Bobst die-cutter and folder/gluer as well as the Titan ER610 slitter/rewinder.
