Paper Calculator Is Updated

Washington, DC | The Environmental Defense Fund has updated the underlying data of the Paper Calculator, available at www.papercalculator.org. This interactive tool now includes up-to-date scientific information about the environmental impact of paper production and disposal, including the impact of fillers and coatings, methane release from decomposing paper in landfills, electricity cogeneration, and national recycling rates.
