BJBall Papers Adds Pemco Sheeter

SHEBOYGAN, WI

Körber PaperLink Group reports BJBall Papers, Auckland, New Zealand, has purchased a Pemco SHM 1650 Dual Rotary (DR) sheeter through sales agent Graph-Pak Pty. Ltd. The sheeter is equipped with shaftless roll stands and side by side roll processing capability. A dancer tensioning control system offers stability of substrates at high speed. The machine has been fitted with a fully automated stacker, which will supply press-ready pallets of sheeted product and also has a non-stop pallet change system to complete the automation. Thomas Ben, divisional manager of BJBall Papers, says, “This new sheeter coincides with our new purpose-built facility and will be a great asset, increasing options and opportunities…to current and future customers.”
