- Phoseon Nexus ONE™ UV LED Curing Systems: With an expanded UV LED curing platform for flexographic printing, the Nexus ONE water-cooled products are now available in six sizes: 300mm, 375mm, 450mm, 525mm, 600mm and 675mm. The unmatched performance of these new water-cooled systems delivers 38% more energy with 90 Watts per 25mm LED array segment. To complement the water-cooled systems, Nexus ONE air-cooled products are available in the same sizes up to 600mm. With high-power LEDs and advanced patented technology, these products deliver high energy density and fast uniform curing in applications for labels and packaging. Nexus ONE comes with real time remote monitoring capabilities for Industry 4.0.
- Phoseon FireJet™ ONE UV LED Curing Systems: The FireJet air cooled system is aimed primarily at UV inkjet wide format systems. It is capable of curing at the highest speeds for small, medium and grand format digital printing systems. It is also ideal for many large single pass UV inkjet and wood coating applications.
- Phoseon FireLine™ UV LED Curing Systems: The FireLine water cooled system is designed for a wide variety of web/conveyor-based UV curing applications. The FireLine architecture is engineered to allow the systems to be scalable and built up to 2 meters in length.
