Erema Opens Center for Reclaimed Plastic Trials

IPSWICH, MA | Erema, specializing in the development, manufacturing, and worldwide distribution of plastics recycling systems and technologies for the plastics processing industry, announces a new Customer Center in Ansfelden, Austria. The center allows customers to run their reclaim on blown film,) cast film, or injection molding equipment at the same time their sample scrap materials are being reprocessed on any of a variety of the company’s recycling systems. Operating equipment operating includes the new Corema in-line compounding system.

Tim Hanrahan, Erema North America CEO, says the company’s investment in downstream equipment allows customers to evaluate almost instantly the performance of their reclaim in a desired application, test the impact of reprocessing adjustments, and economically explore new recycling opportunities.

“We are working to help customers reduce any uncertainties in reclaiming plastic waste for use in their specific applications,” Hanrahan sums up.
