Global Packaging Adds Irisleeve

OAKS, PA | Global Packaging has installed a Camis Irisleeve polymer plate mounting system, distributed in the US by Tri-X Inc., Tampa, FL. The Irisleeve reportedly automates the two remaining manual steps in flexo workflow: Stickyback is applied to the sleeve/cylinder automatically using the taper-slide, and the automated plate table/application roller assembly applies the polymer plate to the stickyback with exacting precision.
