Graphic Arts Advisors’ Senior Managing Director, Mark Hahn, will be moderating the April 12, 2023 ISA International Sign Expo panel discussion, What Is Your Business Worth – How Can You Grow Its Value?

In this panel discussion about buying and/or selling a business in the graphic communications industry, business leaders will discuss the factors driving the consolidation of the industry, the details of the deal process, and the qualitative and quantitative factors that affect business valuation. The topic will explore the dramatic shifts occurring in the sign and display industry with changes in demand, technologies, and services. Research and fact-based M&A market updates, specific to the graphic arts signage-related industries, will contribute to the lively discussion.
