New Rent-to-Own Program Quickly and Easily Adds Trim Waste Removal Capacity
- Published: October 14, 2025

AirTrim®, Inc., a leading manufacturer of trim waste removal systems for printing, labeling, converting, and direct mail facilities, introduces their Rent-to-Own program. Available for their full line-up of portable trim waste removal systems, AirTrim® EZ RTO is a flexible cost-effective option that adds extra capacity for short-term or long-term projects.
Innovative self-contained designs provide their own airflow, so they do not impact the central system performance. Portable AirTrim® systems can lessen the demand on existing central systems to make them more efficient and productive. They also allow customers to prove out the ROI and determine accurate payback using their actual materials, equipment, and employees, or provide needed capacity for a large short-term project – all without an up-front capital investment.
Ideal for companies who have maxed out their current central collection system, or who are considering upgrading their existing system, as well as companies who need more trim waste removal capacity but may be moving soon – as these portable systems can be easily transported to any facility. Ideal as an insurance policy for 24/7 operations, the extra capacity can mean the difference between hitting production targets or suffering hefty fines for missing them.
AirTrim® EZ RTO is available on the company’s full line of portable trim waste removal systems, including the AirTrim® AirFlex® Mini, AirFlex® Standard, and AirFlex® XL machines. For additional information visit https://airtrim.com/rental-systems/.
All AirTrim® portable trim waste removal systems within the EZ RTO program feature dual waste collection systems to ensure continuous operation, even during emptying of the waste container. Systems which automatically switch waste stream flow from the filling receptacle to the empty one are available and include audible and visual alerting systems (light) to advise workers that the waste bin needs to be emptied.
When operators see the light illuminated, they can detach the full waste container and empty it without impeding production, then reconnect the empty container and resume their work until the light is illuminated again. This allows AirTrim® machines to run unattended and makes the best use of available manpower within the plant.
