PRINTING United Expo 2025

A Converters' Gateway to Innovation, Workforce and Al

Join the global printing community this October 22-24 at the Orange County Convention Center for three full days of new technology, education and more.

For converters and package print professionals, PRINTING United Expo is more than a trade-show — it's the premier destination to explore advanced coating, laminating, digital printing, flexible packaging and converting technologies from around the globe.

Produced annually by PRINTING United Alliance, North America's most comprehensive printing and graphic arts association, the Expo unites every industry segment under one expansive roof. Attendees can expect wall-to-wall equipment, including the latest presses, web handling systems, prepress and finishing equipment, educational programming and networking opportunities during this three-day gathering.

What to See on the Show Floor: From Coating to Converting

  • Coating & Laminating Solutions: Dozens of suppliers will showcase systems designed for efficient adhesive coating, extrusion lamination, metallization and curing. Look out for innovations in converting and sustainable coatings — hot topics for PFFC readers.
  • Web & Roll Handling: The latest technology will be in action, highlighting solutions to production issues and enabling scalable line operations.
  • Substrate Evolution: Discover new materials — from film and foil to nonwovens and composite laminates — engineered for high-speed print lines, enhanced barrier properties and lightweight packaging.
  • Digital & Hybrid Printing: Witness how UV, water-based and solvent-free digital presses are reshaping short-run, on-demand converting. Expect demos on flexible packaging lines, shrink sleeves and specialty labels.
  • Automation & Inline Inspection: Integrated vision systems and automatic web inspection tools to maximize uptime and ensure quality control — especially valuable when tracking adhesive or coating flaws.

PRINTING United Expo Student Day: Building Converting Talent, Oct 23

PRINTING United Expo Student Day, produced in partnership with the Print & Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF) is a mission-driven initiative designed to cultivate future technical talent on Wednesday, October 23.
