FORT MILL, SC, USA — Converters and converting industry professionals interested in upping their operations' slitting and rewinding expertise can "Tap the Experts!," at the upcoming Converter Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) seminar.

States CEMA, "Anyone involved in slitting and rewinding operations of paper, film, nonwovens and other continuous flexible materials — such as operators, foreman, quality control personnel, production engineers, and process control staff — will want to attend this outstanding two-day seminar." The association adds that the content of the sessions will be structured so that it can be understood easily by those who are new to the industry; in addition, CEMA says the seminar will provide advanced information for those that are more experienced.

A table top exhibit also is scheduled for Tuesday, November 16; there will be a tabletop reception from 5:30 - 7:30 p on that date, and AIMCAL members registering for the event will not chared for a display. Non-member pricing is as follows:

  • For Non-AIMCAL member registrants, tabletops are an additional $150 over the cost of registration.

    $450 for 2nd registrant
    $400 each for 3rd registrant and/or subsequent registrants from the same company
