Rotoflex Starts Manufacturing in Canada

ST. LOUIS, MO | Rotoflex, a Mark Andy brand and a supplier of inspection, slitting, rewinding, and die-cutting equipment, reports that following the 2016 move of its Canadian regional office to a new larger,18,000-sq-ft showroom and technology center near Toronto, full production of new slitter/rewinders and die-cutting machines, formerly managed at the Mark Andy headquarters location near St Louis, has now transferred to Toronto as well.

The company says continued sales growth over several years of Rotoflex's off-line finishing solutions, including the newly launched HSIVericut3, and Security Series led to this expansion of the Canadian facility.

Rotoflex VP Kevin Gourlay says, "The Rotoflex brand continues to be strongly focused on design and providing advanced solutions to respond to our customers' business. With many legacy design experts and technical specialists in Toronto, having our Canadian facility fully operational with manufacturing was a logical move."

The manufacturing capacity at Mark Andy resulting from the move will accommodate the company's substantial growth in the digital market, supporting demand for its growing digital hybrid portfolio.

Live machine demonstrations, retrofits, and rebuilds, engineering development and technical support and services are now all accessible from the Rotoflex Canadian facility.
