HUDSON, NH

Vectron Intl., a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of frequency control, sensor, and hybrid product solutions, has changed the name of its Sensors & Advanced Packaging (SAP) business unit to SenGenuity. The company says the change represents its “continued commitment to driving change and innovation in the $50 billion (USD) global sensor market through the delivery of groundbreaking acoustic wave sensor technology.” In January 2007 Vectron acquired BiODE, a designer and manufacturer of fluid viscosity sensors and viscometer readers and integrated it into the SAP business unit. SenGenuity will continue to operate out of the Hudson headquarters, as well as at high-tech labs in Westbrook, ME.
