Dan Gillespie of ColorGeek and Dan Reid of RPimaging, members of the Color Management Group (CMG), announce ColorGeek2.com, a partnership to assist color professionals remotely.

ColorGeek2.com Live Chat functionality answers questions ranging from color proofing RIPS to press calibration techniques such as G7.

“The ability to receive unbiased information about products from trusted color consultants is invaluable,” says Lida Jalali Marschke, spokesperson for the CMG. “My original vision for the CMG was to create a forum for independent color consultants to work together and share technical information. ColorGeek2 is a natural evolution of those relationships.”

The CMG celebrated its fifth anniversary last December with an annual meeting followed by a reception held at the PIA/GATF Color Management Conference in Phoenix, AZ.
