CREO Color Server Technology To Power New HP INDIGO 7500 Digital Press

BIRMINGHAM, UK | Kodak’s Print On-Demand Solutions Group has introduced a new version of the HP SmartStream Production Plus Print Server that will drive the new HP 7500 Digital Press being launched at IPEX.

Version 2.1 is the latest server powered by CREO Color Server Technology to join the HP INDIGO Press portfolio. General commercial printers with prepress and hybrid workflows can now easily add the new HP INDIGO Press to their production floor and produce a variety of jobs, including books, manuals, marketing collateral, and direct mail with graphically rich content using Variable Data Printing tools.

The CREO Color Server plug-in for KODAK PRINERGY Rules-Based Automation (RBA) Software simplifies and automates complex routines and events, and reduces the need for predefining hundreds of JDF templates.
