DUNCANSVILLE, PA | A news report regarding F.L. Smithe Machine Co., Inc., in the Altoona Mirror claims the envelope machinery company will be acquired by “Wisconsin-based Paper Converting Machine Co., an 1,800-employee division of Barry-Wehmiller Cos.”
