Nuova Castagnoli S.r.l. Acquires Activities of GIDUE S.p.A.

TURATE, ITALY | Nuova Castagnoli, a producer of printing and converting machines for the label and packaging industry, has taken over the activities of GIDUE S.p.A. It is now legally entitled, with the agreement of all the parties involved, to use the brand, website, know-how, patents, existing distribution contracts, and to hire part of the work force of GIDUE S.p.A. Nuova Castagnoli S.r.l. Based on these agreements, Nuova Castagnoli will sell and manufacture the entire former GIDUE product line (Combat, Xpannd, Athena) and provide service to over 320 GIDUE press installations worldwide.
