Conference Focuses on Steam Cooking in the Microwave

MILLTOWN, NJ | The Packaging Group stages MICROWAVE STEAM-PACK 2008 on Sept. 23–24, 2008, at the Crowne Plaza, Monroe Twp., NJ (near Princeton).The event consists of two courses and a one-day conference dealing with the emerging technology of steam cooking using the microwave oven.
