Gutenberg Show Offers Widest Range of Product & Education on West Coast

LONG BEACH, CA, USA—Gutenberg Festival, reportedly the largest industry exhibition and education event on the West coast, will offer a wide range of equipment demonstrations and training and networking opportunities during its stint this year (May 30 through June 1, 2002). Says show producer, Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC), this year marks the 30th anniversary of the full-scale graphic communications exhibition, which will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center.

Notes Regis Delmontagne, GASC president, "This is the only regional exhibition in the area that offers attendees the opportunity to see a variety of full-scale equipment running live on the show floor actually producing product while they watch." Products ranging from workflow systems, digital imaging, foil stamping dies, laminating systems, folders, sealers, tabbers, cutters, digital and traditional offset presses, estimating systems, CTP devices and drivers, folding carton printing systems, color-management software, previously owned equipment, and more will be at the event, adds Delmontagne. In addition, educational opportunities include half- and full-day seminars on: CTP, digital printing, workflow systems overflow, electronic prepress, all-digital workflows, preflighting, and more.
