Detect Small Objects

RLG28 Retro-Reflective Area Sensors feature six light beams that generate a constant 60-mm detection field to consistently detect objects as small as 12 mm dia over the entire 0-4 m sensing range. A polarizing filter eliminates the potential for false readings. Said to be a good sensing solution in material handling applications, specifically for detecting the leading edges of pallets on palletizers. Also helpful for identifying protruding pallets.
