Sun Chemical to Show Technology at INFO*FLEX 2013

PARSIPPANY, NJ | Sun Chemical reports on the offerings that will be on display at INFO*FLEX 2013, sponsored by the Flexographic Technical Assn., and scheduled for April 29–30 in the San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, CA. Included at Booth 225 will be the following:

SunGraphics high-definition plate technology is said to help create attention-getting graphics that are sharper with more vibrant images and colors. Company says if user combines HD quality with flat-top dot plate technology, the result is longer, cleaner, more consistent runs from beginning to end.

SunSpectro Sunsharp inks are designed for consistent high-speed printing with no defects to help improve productivity, maintain high quality standards, and increase customer satisfaction. For printing on PE film, SunSpectro Sunsharp HR solvent inks provide moderate heat resistance to 350 deg, maintain excellent gloss, and can be used with conventional and high-performance printing plates, company adds.

SunVisto Advantage water-based inks are developed to be pH stable for corrugated printers who want a consistent press run without monitoring or adjusting pH levels. Reportedly, inks offer consistent color strength, longer press runs without maintenance, and reduced plate washing during a press run.
