Pamarco Announces New CEO

ATLANTA, GA | Pamarco, a provider of technology solutions for the printing, packaging, and converting industries worldwide, announces Allan Li as new CEO. The company’s current CEO, Terry Ford, publicized his retirement and succession strategy. Li will assume overall responsibility for Pamarco, including all lines of business and functional groups within the company.

Outgoing CEO Ford says, “Pamarco’s board of directors is responsible for maintaining the continuity of the company’s senior leadership and ensuring that the executive team possesses the experience, skills, and character required to achieve the company’s goals. With this announcement, the company will have a smooth transition to a proven executive in Allan Li. I have the highest degree of confidence that his leadership will further expand Pamarco’s impressive record of innovation and continued value of creation and growth.”

Li is a seasoned executive and has held various positions in private equity, investment banking, and management consulting. Company says he comes to Pamarco after successfully running a consumer goods company and has spent much of his career working with companies of all sizes in a variety of business sectors. His work involved the development and implementation of growth strategies, transaction strategies, and process improvement initiatives. He received a BS in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University and an MBA from Tulane University.
