ROSELAND, NJ—Schiavi 10-color EF 5060 flexo press for flexible materials will star in the Flexible Packaging Technology Center set up by CMM to present live demonstrations of equipment for printing and converting flexible packaging to the visitors attending the show June 4-7, 2007, at the Rosemont Convention Center, IL. The EF 5060 to be demonstrated on the show floor is the latest design in the Schiavi EF 50 flexo press series. It is equipped with pneumatic self-adapting doctor blades, carbon fiber mandrels for plates and anilox rolls, automatic unwind/rewind units, and the latest press management system jointly developed by Schiavi and Registration Integrated. It will produce live jobs each day of the show, twice a day. The graphics subjects chosen for demonstration have been devised to highlight the ability of the machine to consistently reproduce high-quality printing at high speed and the latest technological developments.
