AIMCAL Offers Converting School Connect

FORT MILL, SC | AIMCAL, the Assn. of International Metallizers, Coaters and Laminators, announces Converting School Connect, which will bring the top Converting School classes together for a week of training—with added opportunities for attendees to "Connect."

Scheduled for May 11–15, 2015, at the Crowne Plaza Charlotte Executive Park in Charlotte, NC, the event is offered in two segments. Attendees can register for one of four courses offered Monday through Wednesday, one of four courses offered Wednesday through Friday, or for the entire week for what AIMCAL says is the most value.

On Connect Wednesday attendees can schedule appointments or attend group sessions with any of the converting school instructors. Students can schedule individual appointments to discuss particular challenges, meet with vendors to discuss solutions, or join with small discussion groups to discuss today's challenges and opportunities.

AIMCAL will hold a hosted supplier lunch and reception on Connect Wednesday for the Converting School students and instructors. Attendees will include the students who completed their course the previous two days, and the students coming in for classes the next two days. Supplier sponsors can meet with attendees that day by signing up for a tabletop.
