Spring Water Available in Flexible Packages

AguaSACPHOENIX, AZ | When organizations across the globe endeavor to get their names in front of customers, the lure of handing out a complimentary sample of pristine water in an 8-oz flexible pack is hard to miss. Once again, packaging drives the point home, and this time there’s no fine print needed to get the message across: the package is simple, upscale, and innovative.

AguaSAC, a unique drinking pouch, has begun utilizing Sedona Bottling Co. Natural Artesian Spring Water: fresh, non-carbonated, purified by nature, full of healthful minerals and sodium-free.

Arizona, already familiar to water connoisseurs worldwide, plays a key role in this packaged water development: the source is a protected spring near Sedona. AguaSAC, referring to the sack or bag, makes it easy to open and the spout serves as a straw. The package, which is available in small quantities, retains the natural minerals for both an excellent taste and its healthful qualities.

Additionally, the attention-getting, fun pouches of AguaSAC are completely recyclable and contain no BPA (Bisphenol A), a concern raised in some consumer products and food containers.

“AguaSAC is proud to affirm there is absolutely no BPA in our containers. This further illustrates our belief that the product allows companies to provide naturally fresh and healthful water in an eight-ounce container to their customers, be it in an office, a warehouse, restaurant, or manufacturing environment,” explains Liesl Harder Kielp, the AguaSAC LLC founder and president. “A custom-printed label contains the company’s logo or message and stays with the container, telling the customer the company giving them the water is an upscale and innovative organization.”

While the inaugural use of such packaging is for purified artesian water, the flexible pouch can be used for a variety of beverages, including juice, tea, lemonade, flavored drinks, and dairy products: virtually any beverage, hot or cold, that a consumer can drink.

The patent-pending packaging equipment—which is inexpensive and easy to operate—is compact in size, yet is cost-efficient to run and maintain.

The benefits of AguaSAC include it:

  • being ideal for small-order quantity water that’s custom labeled for the venue, such as a bank, insurance agency or any company that hosts clients and wants to make a statement
  • can be used in restaurants that already sell water including quick service restaurants
  • can be used for fundraisers
  • is a perfect addition to the airline industry, owing to less waste and easier clean-up.

AguaSAC is truly the “next generation” of responsible beverage packaging: it is the first water in a side-gusseted spouted pouch where the beverage is not tainted by the off-odor of the inner layer of plastic in the pouch.

AguaSAC also provides cost savings compared with other side-gusseted pouches in the marketplace today.

Customers who purchase the water pouches are also helping the environment: purchases go toward installation of a facility in Arizona that will recycle the AguaSAC and will expand to include all flexible pouch packaging materials in the US: a first of its kind that will revolutionize the future of such environment commitment for years to come.
