CHICAGO, IL, USA—Print Vision Systems, Lewiston, NY, USA, and Nyquist Systems Inc., Mississauga, ON, Canada, report the two automated print inspection technology manufacturers will be launching a partnership at Labelexpo Americas next month. According to the companies, the new alliance is "geared to close the loop in inspection technology — from prepress to press to post-press — for label [converters] and other narrow web printers."

As part of this collaboration, report the OEMs, Print Vision Systems will become the exclusive distributor of Nyquist equipment in North America. More details on the collaboration and the unveiling of the combined Print Vision Systems/Nyquist product line for the narrow web industry will be revealed at the Print Vision Systems Labelexpo Americas' booth 3905.

Nyquist Systems' founder Stephan Krebs, PhD, and Print Vision Systems' founder Ignatius Manning are both slated to speak (Total Quality and Process Control, September 14, 9:30 AM) at the four-day label show in September.
