BASF Increase Amines Prices

PRESS RELEASE
FLORHAM PARK, NJ—Effective July 1, 2005, or as contracts allow, BASF will increase prices in North America for its amines as follows:
- Aminoethylethanolamine (AEEA)—$0.06 per pound off-list
- Di-2-ethylhexylamine (DEHA)—$0.04 per pound off-list
- Diethylethanolamine (DEEA)—$0.11 per pound off-list
- Ethylenediamine (EDA) —$0.06 per pound off-list
- Methylethanolamine (MMEOA)—$0.08 per pound off-list
- Mono-2-ethylhexylamine (EHA)—$0.04 per pound off-list
- Piperazine—$0.20 per pound list and off-list
- 3-Methoxypropylamine (MOPA)—$0.06 per pound list and off-list
