ARLINGTON, VA—Of the 1,900 exhibitors at Pack Expo Intl. 2006, being held October 29-November 2 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, 216 will be new to the show. More than half of those companies will be highlighting advanced materials and containers to add brand differentiation, increase turnover at the retail shelf, and bring greater convenience to build stronger brand equity. While online, visitors can register for PACK EXPO International and save 50% on registration fees. Registration for the show through on or before October 10, 2006, will cost $25 per person. On-site registration and all registrations received after October 10, 2006, will be processed at the full admission rate of $50.00. This single fee allows access to exhibits for the entire five-day exposition and includes entrance to the co-located PROCESS EXPO (formerly the Food Processing Machinery EXPO) and Converting & Package Printing Expo (CPP EXPO). The shows are expected to draw over 50,000 industry professionals, including 6,000 international visitors from more than 75 countries.
